Living a longer life
Our bodies stay young and fit when we play sports. Despite this, researchers have found that playing tennis extends life by around ten years, according to the Copenhagen City Heart Study. In total, over 8,500 respondents were asked about their sporting activities over a more extended period. Tennis players had a 9.7 year longer life expectancy than those who did not play the sport.
