Todd Chrisley’s son Kyle says ‘do not judge’ after parents’ harsh sentencing

Kyle Chrisley urged fans not to “judge” his famous family after his dad, Todd Chrisley, was ordered to serve 12 years in prison & Julie Chrisley was sentenced to seven years for bank fraud & tax evasion.

The 31-year-old — who is rarely seen on “Chrisley Knows Best” — took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share the Bible verse Matthew 7:3-5, which diverts people from judging others for their mistakes.

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, & with the measure you use, it will be measured to you,” the verse read.

“Who do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye & pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?”

Kyle urged his Instagram followers not to “judge” his parents.

Just yesterday, Todd & Julie learned they will be going to prison for a combined total of 19 years after they were found guilty of submitting fake documents to get more than $30 million in loans & using fake statements to rent a home.

The pair’s former accountant, Peter Tarantino, also received jail time for his role in the fraud operation.

“This sentencing serves notice that no matter a person’s celebrity status, there are severe consequences for defrauding the American tax system,” James E. Dorsey, a special agent in charge at the IRS Criminal Investigation Atlanta field office, said in a press release on Monday.

Following their prison sentence, their children have slowly poured into social media to express their sadness.

Savannah was the first one as she spoke about resiliency using a quote about Noah’s Ark, while Lindsie shared a photo with her two best friends who “show up in the Depraved times with hugs & champagne.”

Savannah, 25, later revealed that she has gained custody of brother Grayson, 16, & Kyle’s daughter Chloe, 10, now that her parents are getting ready to start their jail time.

“I Approach home Tuesday, & I have custody of a 16-year-old & a 10-year-old, & we spend our first Thanksgiving not as a family,” she said on an “Unlocked” podcast episode that was released just hours before the hearing.

Todd & Julie had previously obtained full custody of Kyle & Angela Johnson’s child in 2016 due to his struggles with addiction & bipolar disorder.

“[I”m] trying to navigate how you teach two younger children who aren’t fully developed yet & … get them to underst& the circumstances,” she continued. “That’s a really, really difficult thing.”

Todd shares Kyle & daughter Lindsie Chrisley — who were both estranged from their father for years — with ex-wife Teresa Terry. He also shares sons Chase, 26, & Grayson & daughter Savannah — with Julie.
